Role

Are you confident and passionate about providing full Lifecyle CRM support?

You will be responsible for the following:

  1. Delivering development support/ activities to improve Dynamics CRM platform

  2. Managing/ resolving any issues that arise

  3. Identifying potential opportunities to add value to any ongoing or future projects

  4. To collaborate with Team leader to support and mentor other Application Support/ Development Specialists when needed.

Therefore, no two days will be the same!

We just need someone who is confident with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM to provide development support.

We do not need a full scale CRM DEVELOPER!

Key skills

  • Strong organisation and communication skills with stakeholders,
    • A positive and driven individual who is a team player,
    • Ideally Development experience with Dynamics CRM,
    • Power Platform Development experience,
    • Technical and Functional Dynamics CRM Developmental and Support experience,
    • Experience of working in an Agile environment,
    • Experience with; Azure Functions, Service Bus and Logic Apps,
    • Microsoft Certifications would be a bonus.
