Role

Can you confidently communicate with customers and stakeholders?

Are you able to construct project plans and monitor against timelines and business requirements?

You will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with the CRM Manager to support the seamless integration, implementation, and optimization of their systems. This will be alongside working with colleagues to deliver projects/ project roadmaps involving; requirement gathering and understanding, delivery and support.

You will help to manage the quality of work, requirement matching and risk control alongside Project roadmaps.

Key skills

  • Project Management experience in CRM or eCommerce and a passion to match,
    • Experience of communicating and managing stakeholders,
    • An organised and strong written and verbal communicator,
    • A passion for CRM and customer care,
    • Able to receive and give feedback,
    • A positive person who is adaptable and trustworthy,
    • Any retail sector experience would be a bonus.
