Role

Do you have experience with Dynamics 365 BC OR CE/CRM in a Sales or Consulting role?

You will be responsible for meeting customers needs and providing strategic advice for the latest products.

Customer satisfaction is the focus of this role which will also involve; building/ managing customer relationships to be able to advise where appropriate and liaise with the internal account manager.

So giving realistic timeframes and meeting delivery expectations is crucial.

Key skills

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) or Dynamics 365
  • CE/ CRM either in a sales or consulting role
  • Good ISV products experience
  • Strong communication, flexibility, and adaptability skills
  • Good track record of targets achieved, or value added in previous sales/consulting roles
  • Passionate about building strong relationships and working with Microsoft Dynamics 365!
