My client is currently recruiting for a Dynamic CRM Support Consultant based in London. The primary purpose of this role is to provide 1st/2nd line support to their internal clients, along with managing all operating systems and end-user software. You will also support application development teams throughout project lifestyles.
My client is a CRM end-user who focuses their CRM solution within the travel industry. The company has an external Gold Partner based in Dundee, however this role will be completely based in London. You will work within a group of 26 individuals that currently work within the CRM team.
- 2-3 years Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 experience is essential
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take ownership for and achieve targets
- Web HTML/Java Script
