My client is currently recruiting for a Dynamic CRM Support Consultant based near Woking. The primary purpose of this role is to provide 1st/2nd line support to their clients, along with managing all operating systems. Your role will be to work with customers to understand the challenges they face with the clients solutions, identifying and communicating solutions and enhancing the company’s knowledgebase to increase user knowledge of their solutions.

Key skills

  • Troubleshoot issues and forward to 3rd line support as needed
  • Assist customers in solving queries
  • Undertake User Acceptance Testing of fixes
  • Manage and prioritise multiple incidents
  • Maintain control of Customer Service related release forms
