A Dynamics AX Support Manager is required due to the continued growth of a leading company within the retail industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for the AX applications. This will involve providing support and training to the AX users, providing input to the finance systems projects and being a key part of the team for AX upgrades working closely with the 3rd party support partner.
- 5+ years AX experience of configuration & support.
- Effective communicator.
- Project management methodology experience.
- Degree educated.
- Experience training AX users.
- Flexible & resilient during busy periods.
- Retail, leisure, attractions business experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
