Role

ncluding, but not exclusively

• Provide technical and functional support in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/F&SCM, including problem resolution, support, process mapping, functional design, testing and development

Monitor system integrations and data flows proactively

Collaborate with business analysts, other programmers, and internal users to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the Dynamics environment

Identify and escalate impediments, issues, and risks affecting system performance.

Identify and document ongoing maintenance requirements for any new or existing systems or procedures

Perform coding changes and development according to established coding standards and best practices

Perform unit tests and integrated testing to ensure delivered software solutions are of high quality

Key skills

• Minimum 3-year experience developing Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365FO customizations using X++ and MorphX
• • Minimum 3-year experience in SQL Server database design and development and SSRS
• • Experience developing ETL packages using SSIS
• • Knowledge of IT best practices, standards, and terminology (i.e., ITIL, Agile Scrum)
• • Proficient in MS Office 365 and Outlook
• • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Math, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• • Great to have
• • Microsoft PowerBI
• • Experience working in Visual Studio
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skil
