Developing your T-shaped skills is also valuable to a potential employer. Candidates with “T-shaped” skill sets can be assumed to have skills in one area to a reasonable amount of depth, while they are also capable of understanding a broad range of ideas and communicating with people in a number of different fields. In other words, deep, specific experience bolstered by a collaborative mind set. 

A further industry trend that Dynamics 365 employers in the UK are looking for is the ability for a candidate to work from end to end. In other words, from concept to execution and delivery. This will be especially helpful if you’re going to be working in a scrum formation. 

Once you get an interview, make sure you have a list of questions lined up to ask your interviewer. This is one of the biggest areas where you can show a little bit of differentiation vs other candidates.
