With all my clients looking for people with at least some experience of working with or developing NAV and AX and many looking for seasoned professionals do we have a fundamental problem on the training side?
Is it the cost of training?
The lack of incentives for partners to take oWn grads or IT professionals from outside the Dynamics arena?
The lack of good training courses that cannot match the commercial environment?
Or a combination of it all...
With the constant barrier to growth and so the barrier to see more licences and solutions being the lack of available talent surely it is up to Microsoft to solve. It is in their best interest to set up a training company to cross train ERP Consultants and cross train developers into DYnamics NAV and Dynamics AX. This is something they toyed with many years ago so they are well aware of both the problem and the solution.
